We have new grape vines in our back yard. They were rescued from the neighbors fence and the roots were replanted 2 years ago. Last summer Ron built posts and wires for them to climb on to help them get more light and keep them from climbing on our neighbors fence again. This was the first year we had actual concord grapes growing on the vines! I neglected to take pictures of them on the vine or take pictures when Ron and Sara picked them. I'll do better next year. But here are some pictures of the 6 quarts of grape juice they made. Nummy! I'm thankful for grapes : ) Can't wait to share it at Christmas with family.
