Well Kira and Danielle's visit has come and gone. It was a blast! Staying up waaaaaay too late talking and remembering. Sewing and planning. Watching all the boys streaming into the house to go to the back yard for movies and campfire for Jessica's "event of the century" was delightful. Too much fun! I loved it! Their trip was too short. But it wouldn't matter how long they stayed, it would always be too short. They'll both be back at Christmas - Yeah! Danielle to stay (we hope; sometimes she changes her mind ;) ) Kira went home with 3 beautiful aprons. I bet she's glad to wake up to an alarm instead of water running and slamming drawers and cuboards. At least that's what it sounds like when those sounds are what wake you up early in the morning. Can't wait to visit her and Gabriel first of November. Anyway, still smiling over the good conversations we had together. . . . .
